Comissions ain't no slavery

The Cossack-gun got based and received a dog! Sadly the teeth ain't visible.

And then there's some arab militia for that turkish army that I am painting up for Kevin. (And the sake of Westfalias funding) I used a strong color-scheme and the 2 copplestone models from Foundry really give that spear block some nice focus.

I got around to paint more. Niels was kind enough to send me some Unicorn 3Pdr from his own collection and I was painting up the Cossacks Paul made for us a couple of months aso.

To me it was fun and I am happy how things turned out.

Grenadier Direction Fanions

Alright it's not the same like painting miniatures since it all happend in the digital space, yet here's a different bit of creativity for you. These are Fanions the Saxon Grenadiers (and all other infantry apparently) were using for formation-changes and on marches.

These are fixed to the pole that you can see below on the 2nd miniature (a Sergeant) from the left.

Old Glory PT III - Muslim Patrol!

Day job keeps me busy. Disney is on my heels and and and. So still no time to get my beloved Westfalia carts done, but a band of Nezam Zedid which are part of a Painting comission that I've
accepted to accelerate Westfalia a bit.

These Turkish troops were organized after Western example and lead by foreign officers.

My costumer has send some fancy Austrian 7yw NCO along with his Turks. I was adding some suitable saber incl. Holster from a Westfalia set with exchange parts. Finally I was painting him in the
same scheme like the Rankers since the appearance of such officers is a mystery and it simply looks good.
