The Prussian barrel-cart

Niels was working on another obscure asset for our growing 1813 range.
A prussian barrel-cart meant to transport nothing less but the ever so important h2o.

The barrel will be most likely made of resin.

Then there's this very common forge that was transported on a French Leiterwagen which is also part of the list.

I really dig this cart, and I hope to release it this month,

Meine Jaeger

I finally found the time to paint a small group of miniatures. Again I highly recommend the Andrea color-sets. I used the Green, White and Black-set with these miniatures and I'm happy with the result.

I also intend to enter them into Curts competition over at analogue hobbies.

New wave of carts

I promise that the next post will contain some painted miniatures again, but this time a few images rather unusual carts for Prussia and France reached me and I meant to share these.

the French Genie cart and crane. Perfect for lifting cannon-barrells and to work beside Pontoniers.

Water-cart from Prussia. Note that the image shows an old attempt from 2007 in 1/72

Prussian baggage Wagon.  Another great entry for our Kolonnentrain-collection.

More pictures over at the Westfalia Miniatures work-bench.

Thank you for having a look,
